Balmoral Change Consulting is a boutique consulting firm specialising in strategic change solutions design and implementation, through provision of strategic change management expertise for organisations seeking change excellence. Founded as an operating division of PLGA, which was itself founded in 2002, Balmoral Change Consulting builds on the application of the Balmoral Enterprise Change Framework into real life situations and organisational environments. Pashori Lal is the CEO of PLGA and each operating division – Balmoral Enterprise Change, Balmoral Change Consulting, Balmoral Coaching, Balmoral HR and Balmoral Training. Pashori authored and published Managing Strategic Change Successfully using BalmoralEC™ in 2015 A 356 page book detailing an Enterprise Change Management framework with process flows, activities, techniques and knowledge sets (e.g. Governance, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Risk).
